Vice President of Gold Standards
Dr. Frederick S. Wechsler, Ph.D., Psy.D., ABPP
Served as the Founder and Program Director of the Clinical Psychology Doctoral program at Northern Arizona University from August 1, 2019, through December 31, 2023. Previously, he was Professor of Clinical Psychology and Program Dean of the Arizona School of Professional Psychology (AZSPP). Dr. Wechsler’s tenure at the AZSPP began in the Fall Semester of 1999. During his tenure, he also served as the Associate Director and Director of Clinical Training before transitioning to the Program Chair position and ultimately to the Program Dean position.
He received a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from Wright State University School of Professional Psychology, Dayton, Ohio, a Ph.D. in Counseling and Student Personnel Services from the University of Georgia, Athens, Georgia, and held clinical appointments in the Department of Psychiatry, School of Medicine, Wright State University. He received three years of post-doctoral training at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland and an additional three years of post-doctoral training at the Family Therapy Center, Department of Psychiatry, University of Cincinnati.
Dr. Wechsler served in a variety of clinical positions, including staff neuropsychologist HealthSouth Meridian Point Rehabilitation Hospital, Clinical Psychologist in private practice, Senior Psychologist at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Dayton, Ohio, Consulting Neuropsychologist to the Veterans Administration Medical Center, Dayton Ohio and Middletown Regional Hospital, staff psychologist at the Veterans Administration Medical Center Dayton Ohio, and Chief Psychologist/Behavior Management at Woodrow Wilson Rehabilitation Center, Fishersville, Virginia. Additionally, he has served as a litigation consultant, providing consultation, trial simulation, witness preparation, and jury selection services on numerous high-dollar exposure civil lawsuits between 2004 and 2019.
Dr. Wechsler has a record of scholarship through publications and national, regional, state, and local presentations. Dr. Wechsler also served on the Arizona State Board of Psychologist Examiners for 10.5 years, has been on the governing council of the Arizona Psychological Association, was an emeritus member of the National Register of Health Services Providers in Psychology, was a Fellow of the American Academy of Clinical Psychology, held a Certificate of Professional Qualification from the Association of State and Provincial Psychology Board, and Specialist Certification from the American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP). Currently, Dr Wechsler is Vice President of Gold Standard facilitating best practices and collaborating on issues of quality assurance in Mental Health Care.

Dr. Daniella Pedroso
Dr Daniella de Marchiori Pedroso is a licensed Psychologist in Brazil for over 20 years and is also a licensed Psychologist in Arizona. Dr. Daniella holds a Master’s of Science in Clinical Psychology, a Master’s of Arts in Clinical Psychology, a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and completed her Post-Doctoral Fellowship at Southwest Behavioral Health.
Dr. Daniella is licensed in both North and South America. Dr. Daniella was a Clinical Director for Copa Health, an agency providing psychiatric care for individuals with Serious Mental Illnesses and works as a supervising psychologist for pre-and post-doctoral students.
In addition to community mental health, she has worked in various psychiatric hospitals, and in crisis intervention and she currently has a private practice located in Phoenix, AZ. Dr Daniella is he founder of Arizona Mental Care Network and is the VP of Operations for Mental Care Network and an Officer for the Gold Check Plus standards.
Vice President of Security
Mr. Paul Mcloughlin
With an extensive background in security and software development, Paul worked as a Dev ops, security engineer and systems engineer at Hewlett Packard. Worked exclusively for Bank of America back end server and ledger transfers from satellite banks to Atlanta. Paul also worked for HQ Lifelock under Christy Schaan who is now the CSO of Airbnb.
Paul handled soc and pci security compliance and audits, and early warning systems. Furthermore, Paul worked for Zelle products - owned by Bank of America, Chase, and Wells Fargo. Paul worked with early warning , and ran a backend ledger between these banks to move funds without having to go back to federal reserve. At Zelle, Paul ran code that managed these ledger transactions moving billions daily.
Paul has also worked for Redflex Traffic systems / Verra mobilityInternational- a company that runs traffic cameras for governments all over the world. Paul has also worked on security and system / site reliability. Paul worked for Crystal tech / Newtek, a bank based out of New York that services government back loans doing software development and security. He is the VP of Security and Compliance at Mental Care Network, Gold Check Plus, and EMR Gold.
